Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Learn2Trade Terminal at https://terminal.learn2.trade (the "Terminal"). By creating an account or using the Terminal, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Terminal.

1. Who we are

The Terminal is operated by Learn 2 Trade ("we", "us").

Email: support@learn2.trade

2. Who can use the Terminal

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must use the Terminal lawfully and only for your own personal use. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

3. What the Terminal is

The Terminal is a subscription research and market-visibility platform. It shows market data, research observations, watchlists and signal information for educational and informational purposes only.

4. Free trial, price and billing

4.1 Free trial. New members get a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start it. You will not be charged during the trial.

4.2 What happens when the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and your card is charged £39 for the first month.

4.3 Price and renewal. The Terminal costs £39 per month (GBP). That price includes any applicable VAT. Your subscription renews automatically every month and your card is charged £39 at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

4.4 Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

4.5 Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. Your access may continue for a short grace period while we try to collect payment. If the payment is not made, your access will end.

4.6 Price changes. We may change the price. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.

4.7 Promotion codes. Promotion codes are subject to the conditions stated with them and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the Terminal, which opens the Stripe customer portal. There you can also update your card and view your invoices. You can also email support@learn2.trade.

6. Refunds

The 14-day free trial is the trial. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal. If you have paid, access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not give partial refunds.

If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights, including any statutory cancellation rights that apply to digital services. Those rights are not excluded.

7. VIP members

Terminal access is included while a paid VIP membership is in date. If you hold an in-date paid Learn2Trade VIP membership bought from learn2.trade, you do not need to start a trial or add a card. When your VIP membership ends, Terminal access through VIP ends too. You can then choose to start a paid Terminal subscription.

Free VIP access obtained through a broker or affiliate offer does not include Terminal access.

8. Not financial advice

Everything in the Terminal (signals, research, scores, watchlists, market commentary and AI-generated text) is general information for educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Learn 2 Trade is not authorised to give investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consider getting independent professional advice.

9. Trading risk warning

Trading forex, CFDs, futures, options, cryptocurrencies, equities and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit on some leveraged products. Past performance and research observations are not a reliable guide to future results. Hypothetical or simulated results have limitations and do not reflect real trading. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

10. Data and market data

Market data, prices, quotes, research observations and third-party data in the Terminal are provided "as is" and "as available". They may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or inaccurate, and they are not guaranteed to be suitable for trading decisions. Always check prices and information with your broker before acting. Some data comes from third-party providers whose terms may restrict its use. You may use it for personal viewing only.

11. Acceptable use

You must not:

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

12. Changes and availability

The Terminal may change, and features may be added or removed. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, email you before they take effect.

13. Intellectual property

The Terminal, its content, software, design and the Learn2Trade name and logo belong to Learn 2 Trade or its licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Terminal while your access is active.

14. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows:

If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.

15. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Terminal and cancel at any time (section 5). We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Terminal. If we stop offering the Terminal, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid amount for the period after access ends.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.
